LUXESCALE LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

LuxeScale LLC (“LuxeScale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy applies to the LuxeScale Elite Agent program and pages under elite.theluxescale.com, including inquiries, review-call bookings, educational resources and managed business services. Our separate referral-partner business has its own privacy notice.

Who this policy covers

This notice covers LuxeScale Elite Agent’s website and program communications. The referral-partner business and its existing pages at theluxescale.com are covered by their separate notice. An agent or brokerage using a website, CRM or marketing system we help provide may have its own notice and responsibilities. When we process information solely under a client’s instructions, that client’s notice and our service agreement govern the processing.

Our services are intended for adult real estate professionals and business representatives. They are not directed to children under 18. Please do not provide a child’s personal information.

Information you provide

You may give us your name, business or brokerage, email address, telephone number, market, ZIP code, goals, appointment preferences, and the contents of messages or submissions. Customers may also provide account, billing, project, brand, and business information needed to deliver their selected services.

If you use a booking, payment, video, community, or other third-party service, that provider may collect information directly under its own privacy notice. We do not ask you to send payment-card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive client records through ordinary email or this website.

Website and device information

Hosting, security, and embedded services may process IP addresses, device and browser information, referring pages, page requests, approximate location, timestamps, and interaction data. Cookies and similar technologies may store preferences or support a requested feature.

Optional analytics, advertising, or identity-resolution technologies, when enabled, may connect browsing events with identifiers or information supplied by data partners to measure activity, build audiences, or help us understand interest. A match or inferred interest is not a verified statement of a person’s plans and does not establish permission to contact that person by text or automated call.

How we use information

  • Respond to questions, deliver requested resources, and arrange review calls.
  • Set up, provide, support, and improve the services a customer selects.
  • Manage accounts, projects, payments, communications, and business records.
  • Send service-related communications and promotional messages where permitted and consistent with your choices.
  • Understand website performance and, when enabled and permitted, measure and improve advertising.
  • Protect systems, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers for hosting, communications, CRM, scheduling, payments, video, community access, support, analytics, and other business functions. Examples may include GoHighLevel or LeadConnector for scheduling and communications, Wistia for video, and Skool for community and training. These providers receive information needed for the functions they perform, subject to the applicable arrangements and their own roles.

We may disclose information when needed to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or our rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer with appropriate protections. We may also disclose information at your direction.

Optional advertising or identity-resolution providers can have independent responsibilities for information they receive. Some advertising disclosures can be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws even when no money changes hands. The choices described below apply to these optional uses. SMS consent is subject to the stricter protection in the next section.

AI tools and communications

Where used in our services, AI tools may assist with drafting, organizing information, answering questions, routing inquiries, and appointment workflows. The content of a conversation may be processed by the relevant technology provider to perform those functions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; important business decisions should be confirmed with a person.

A website-visitor match, third-party contact record, or inferred intent score is not consent for automated marketing. Calling, recording, texting, and email workflows must use the permissions and disclosures applicable to the communication.

Your privacy and advertising choices

Use Privacy Choices in this website’s footer to manage optional analytics, advertising, and identity-resolution preferences on this browser. Necessary functions may remain enabled. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require you to set your preferences again. Where supported, this site recognizes Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of optional sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.

You can also use browser controls to restrict cookies, follow unsubscribe instructions in promotional email, reply STOP to text messages, or email admin@theluxescale.com with your request. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from reading the site or contacting us.

External sites and embedded providers may offer their own controls. Your choices here do not automatically change preferences you previously gave to another website or service.

Requests concerning personal information

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Send a request to admin@theluxescale.com with enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.

We may verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority before acting. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any exception that prevents us from completing a request. You may ask us to reconsider a decision by replying to our response. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Retention and security

We retain information for the time reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, business records, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and maintaining opt-out preferences. Retention depends on the information and the relationship involved.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No website, storage system, or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information associated with our services has been compromised.

International access and third-party websites

LuxeScale is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements. Other countries’ laws may differ from those where you live.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices and content are governed by their own policies.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version; we will provide additional notice when required.
